A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to complete booking. The deposit is credited towards the total amount due on the day of.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hour notice.

Reschedules without sufficient notice will result in a forfeit of deposit and a new deposit will be required for a new appointment.

No shows will result in a forfeit of deposit. No exceptions. 

We have a 15 minute grace period. If you are later than that, we will need to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. 

No additional guests, children, or pets allowed. 

We will draw the outline of your brow with a pencil fist then ask for your approval of the shape. After your approval, we will then move on to tattooing. We will not be liable for any changes you wish to make to the size, shape, etc. after the agreement has been made.

Healed results are NOT guaranteed and will vary with each individual client based on age, skin type, lifestyle, skincare, post care, medication, etc. Additional sessions may be required to achieve desired results.

Payment for completed services is non-refundable. 

• Allergic to pigmentation and makeup
• Under 18 years of age
• Pregnant and/or breastfeeding
• Skin disorders such as eczema or psoriasis in the area to be treated
• Botox / Injections in the area to be treated must be minimum of 2 weeks prior or after procedure
• Active skin cancer in the treated area
• Experienced post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
• Undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the treated area
• Transmittable blood conditions such as Hepatitis or HIV
• Unregulated diabetes
• Prescribed blood thinning medications

• Heart condition requiring medication
• Hemophiliac
• Healing disorders
• Taking skin medications such as Antasure, Accutane or steroids
• Used Accutane within the last 12 months
• Currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment
• Any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must be no less than 7 months ago from the date of procedure
• Epileptic who has experienced faint spell or seizure
• Surgeries including blepharoplasty and or brow lift in the last 6 months

If you have any previous work done by another artist, you MUST notify us and receive approval before booking. If you book an appointment without approval or disclosing previous cosmetic tattoo work, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment cancelled. No exceptions.
